The Sezzle story
What drives Sezzle, what its price assumes and what could change the story, written from its own filings.
- Growth remains substantial. Revenue reached $532 million over the last twelve months, growing 43.1%, below the 53.1% annual pace over the last three years.
- Funding terms improved. In May 2026, Sezzle announced a $300 million receivables facility with Mesirow Alternative Credit at SOFR plus 3.86%, replacing a facility with a 6.75% spread.
- Cash expectations differ. The reverse DCF implies 3.8% annual growth in free cash flow after stock pay for ten years, compared with 65.1% growth over the last twelve months.
